Everyone was wonderful to us answered every question but I am getting really mad because Chase has not received anything on the new car and that I gave back the old car so they are trying to charge for the 2024 that I don't have any more you need to let them this stuff I keep getting threating e-mails and crap

My service representative, David, was great! He was polite and kept me updated with how the work on my car was progressing. He explained what they found while inspecting my car and made suggestions for future service.
The dealer found the problem. Had to order the part. I was informed of the progress. When the part came in, my car was fixed at the quoted price. I felt that the service people were informative and friendly.

David in your service department is a total keeper. I had horrific issues with my young 2021 Grand Cherokee that I purchased from you. It only has 45k miles on it. It didn't start 4 times this winter and was blowing black ice out the the exhaust. David got an engineer from Chrysler involved finally as nobody could fix this. I paid out way to much $$ of my own when I have an extended warranty bought by you also. I paid out 2 deductibles of $250 so $500 total and the issue still wasn't fixed. Joey and Mike did a super job at getting the car I was looking for ready for me within hours. Their guidance through the purchase and delivery process was courteous and knowledgeable. Drove over an hour to buy a used car , met a great salesman who talked about how they were sooo different from other dealers, family owned , yada yada, got home realized there was NO oil in it even though they said the car had just been fully serviced. So we called the dealership, They could not explain why there was no oil in it - told us to bring it back and they would do an oil change. Purchased a used 2015 Subaru Forester. Have two Foresters we bought from them in 2020 too. Car was immaculately cleaned up and looked over. Sales rep, Charles along with the finance manager, Miguel, couldn't have been more professional and honest. Whole process was enjoyable, as much as buying a car can be these days. Highly recommend this dealership.

I took my car to Sherman Jeep Dodge and got a quote for $6,300 in work. I did some basics there for about $400. Then I took it to Liberty Auto City and the quote was $3,100. They recommended deferring two big ticket items that weren’t necessary and came in over $700 less on the work that was needed. The service experience was excellent. I live in Chicago but bought all my cars from Liberty. This experience taught me it’s worth driving a little further to a place I can trust. Initial service planning was great, but once vehicle was scheduled and delivered, it took an excessive amount of time to complete the work (multiple days), and cost was exceptionally high. Quality of work, is still under assessment.
I had a great experience here buying a Wagoneer in April 2025. I worked with Arturo and his manager Mario and they were both upfront, honest and easy to work with. No high pressure tactics and most importantly there were not tons of useless dealer add-ons driving up the price. I will definitely be back for a Wrangler in the future!

I took my Subaru Crosstrek to Liberty after being hit by tire debris on the expressway. We purchased a used vehicle. It was sold at a good price, but needed service. We were guaranteed a loaner vehicle and that we could drive it off the lot that day after purchase. After documents were signed we were notified that aren’t any loaner vehicles available. Had the service department check my brakes on my Jeep compass. They quickly identified that my brakes were critically low and replace them very quickly while I was able to wait. They did a great job. I always enjoy bringing my car too liberty Jeep. I know I will get terrific JEEP service

I was on a cross-country trip and needed routine periodic maintenance on my vehicle. Liberty was closest to where I was staying and able to get me in without an appointment, perform the maintenance and get me back on the road quickly and efficiently. Had a trailer hitch key fob and fog lamp onstalled. Easy in and out with loaner car. Except for I orded a 2” hitch receiver and got 1-1/4”.
Dropped car on Thursday morning and that afternoon was told it needed to stay one more day. Friday at 3pm when i called it still had not even been looked at by anyone and i needed my car back. @ days and nothing was done.
Justin Mounce is the BEST! I know when I take my car for service Justin will know exactly what to do and keeps me informed. thank you.
