Service and sales are excellent. Finance is still a game. It's been two week since termination of my old lease and they still have not paid the outstanding balance on it.
The service is typically always fantastic. It was a bit of a clunky process to get an appointment and I had to make two because I had a warranty on an oil change and tire rotation, but also the auto light was on and there is whistling in the roof, but need to come back for this. The appointment took 2 hours and was offered a car wash and then when the car came out unwashed after two hours I was asked if I wanted it washed, but no longer had time. Staff is great. Had to return to fix TPM sensor after purchasing new tires and getting rear brakes serviced. Should have found this and cared for it before we picked up.

I brought my Wrangler in for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. The big door went up, a guy was waving me in. The service writer, Tony, was right there too. I really liked the video of the inspection done by the tech. All went smooth, all were very nice.

I had a very good experience when leasing my vehicle, My sales person Hector Torres (Subaru) went the extra mile and mike the technical person was very helpful. You need to add Subaru to the list of vehicles, I pick jeep just so I could submit this feed back, this is the second time I have encountered this and I will not try again. Get you internet site fixed. Frustrating!!! I will low rate the internet person because of this.

Had my fuel and brake system flushed. Scheduling was easy. Service representative was very personable, polite, and informative. Wait time was about 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the service, comfortable waiting in the waiting area, and all my questions about the service were answered. The cost of the servicing was on the higher of the average range but I'm willing to pay more for lower wait time and more personable servicing.
